Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent ISO 17025-certified laboratory. The COA shows HPLC purity percentage, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and contaminant screening results. You can also look up the batch number on our website to view the COA online at any time.

Our lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powders have a shelf life of 24–36 months when stored properly — sealed, away from light, at room temperature or refrigerated. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within 30 days. Supplements show their expiry on the label, typically 24 months from manufacture.

All products are synthesised and tested in MHRA-compliant, ISO-certified facilities in the United Kingdom and Europe. We do not source from unregulated suppliers. Every batch is independently verified by a third-party ISO 17025-accredited laboratory before dispatch.

Orders placed before 2 PM GMT on business days are dispatched the same day. Standard tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) takes 2–4 business days. Next-day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is available at checkout for orders placed before 2 PM. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery automatically.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). EU and international shipping is being evaluated — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.

Our lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit. For added protection, we include cold packs and insulated packaging for all peptide orders shipped in summer months or to hot climates. Supplements ship in standard packaging.

All orders are insured and tracked. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll reship at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. Opened products may qualify for store credit or exchange depending on circumstances.

Email support@purepeptides.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
