All products supplied by Pure Peptides Ltd ("we", "us", "our") are sold strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes only. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food, and are not for human or animal consumption, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic use. By placing an order you confirm you understand this.
You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, to buy from this site. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements.
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where products may be misused.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable; equivalent USD/EUR amounts are indicative conversions. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Title to goods passes on full payment.
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported into your country; any customs duties or taxes are your responsibility.
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products are supplied "as is" for research use. We make no warranty regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond stated purity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to the research-only purpose. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
